Will Vitcofol Injection And Rifagut 400 Mg Cure B12 Deficiency?

dear sir,i m suffering from IBS from past 4 years all blood tests including colonoscopy,endoscopy is done.now after som mor tests it is concluded i hav B12 deficiency and given injection VITCOFOL 10ML AND RIFAGUT 400MG FOR 10 days.will these drug really work out and solve my problem.i m very tired suffering.plz answer me
