Will Zifi And Probiotics Help Treat Loose, Mucous Stools, Colored Stools With Red And Later Green Particles In A Toddler?

My son,3 years, passed lot of stool yesterday( loose and mango coloured). in the night he passed little red particles along with the stool and his temperature was 2 in the morning and around 1 in the night... we have been giving Crocin (6 ml) and cyclopam as advised. Today he has been passing green stool( liquid and mucus). Dr today prescribed Zifi 100... ( antibiotic)... along with probiotics. Is Zifi 100 helpful?
