Will Zyrtec Treat Ringing In Ears, Nausea, Dizziness?

Hi, I am suffering with ringing in the ears, nausea, and dizziness. I have been having trouble with my left ear and sinus congestion, and have taken a decongestant within the past few weeks and have tried the nasal irragation. I have some Zyrtec, and Zyrtec D, but not sure what will work best for my symptoms?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ringing in ears, nausea, dizziness which is due to nerve disturbance. The nerve supplying to middle ear that is vestibulocochlear nerve is getting affected with neuropathy and leads to ringing in ear the condition is called 'tinitus'. It could be due to ear infection as well. I would suggest you to consult doctor for proper examination and to rule out other causes . You can take Zyrtec as well only after proper prescription. Doctor may prescribe medicine to strengthen the nervous system like neurobion forte alon with other medicine. For now physical therapy of ear , try to keep it dry and start doing yoga and meditation.
