Will A Bilateral SI Fusion Surgery Relieve Pain Completely In The Future?

i had back fusion of s1-l3. Now i am experiencing pain in my lower back below the fusion area. A surgeon says that I should have bilateral SI fusion. What is the outlook for the future if i have this surgery? I am allergic to most major pain medications. I just want to stop hurting.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the degenerative disease of spinal cord then surgery is the option if you are sensitive to analgesic if surgery being done with skilled hand then it gives good results hope this information helps.
