Will A Bone TB Patient Can Walk After Physiotherapy?

my father age 65 suffering from bone tb for last 4 month . tb of cervical c4/c5.now by bed rest is pain is in control.but he is finding difficuly in walking.his toilet &stool passes on bed some times we have also done angiography of brain the report is normal iwanted to know we he wil able to walk properly we have also started physiotherapy.
