Please type your query here...my daughter has a bottle of chromium PVH chelate tablets at 500 mcg and a bottle of ONE a DAY tablets that contain .15 mg of chromium - on the ontario health guide website the daily recommend maximum dosage is 500 mugrams if she takes both tablets will she go over the daily dosage?
