Will A Cortisone Injection On The Wrists Impact Lactation?

I have mother's wrist- tendonitis in both hands below the thumb- from overuse. I have a ten week old baby and am going to talk to a doctor today about getting a cortisone injection in my wrists to ease the pain and help with healing. I am breastfeeding and want to know if this will affect my breastmilk, and if so, for how long and in what ways?
