Will A Hole Caused By Draining Of An Insect Bite Get Cured By Itself ?

There was a spider bite that grew into a big boil. I took the antibotics my doctor gave me, and the bite bursted and drained on its own. Now there is a small hole. Will this hole go away? What should I do?
