Hello dear Understand your concern Mifepristone and misoprostol is safe and effective for abortion if used under proper guidance and supervision of gynecologist. It does not affects the breast feeding and future pregnancies. But repeated use affect the fertility. It should be used after USG scan that confirm the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week. By procedure Mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist under observation after 48 hour. Abortion process start with in 30-50 minutes and complete in 4-5 days.
