Hello and welcome to HCM,
Hydrocele occurs due to accumulation of fluid in the sac around the tests.
Surgery for hydrocele consists of drainage of the fluid.
However, the surgery will not cause any disability.
It will not have any deleterious effect on your health or medical fitness.
The surgery will not interfere with any job opportunity in future.

Thanks and take care
