Will Abortion Cause Feel Dizzy ,sleepy, Tired All The Time?

it s been two weeks after my abortion . now i feel dizzy ,sleepy, tired all the time, i cant stop eating, my back hurt, i cant smell anything i want vomit, and I can feel my lower belly beating sometimes. is that normal? can you tell what maybe the case?

hi,these are all symptoms of weakness.start taking tab orofer 1 tab after breakfast and 1 tab shelcal after dinner.also take tab b complex once a day .add vit d 60000 units once a week .have these supplements for 3 months to recover from the weakness .do activities which elevate your mood,step out and eat your favourite foods.its nothing but weakness and you ll be fine soon.take care and all the best.
