Will Acute Kidney Disease Need Transplantation?

Dear Sir my sister is 14 rs old & she is sufferig in kidney disease since last 3 years. Last week we had done a test fro were we fod that her critinine is 13. according to our doctor s advice we have done 3 dialysis. y question is is she need any transplantation?
