Will Alcohol Consumption Show In The Blood Tests Prior To ACL Surgery?

hello Doc , i have a quick question. i am going to get some blood work done tmrw at 12 noon to see if i am healthy to get ACL reconstructive surgery next thursday but the problem is that i am planning on going out and consuming alcohol tonight and i do not want alcohol in my system to possibly delay my surgery, if i drink tonight will it show up in my blood tests when i recieve the results back from the lab? please note that i am 17 and my parents do not agree with underage drinking , but i do understand the medical staff is not allowed to release information to my parents ( doctor and patient confidentiality) please helpp
