Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. Dermadew aloe cream does not help in improving your complexion. It is a moisturizer which will help to keep your skin soft and supple. However, if you have pimples, it could worsen them as it is thick in consistency. Instead, to improve your complexion, use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 and above in a gel or gel-cream consistency every 4 hours. For the acne, you could use gels containing clindamycin in the morning and 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide at bedtime. You could also get glycolic peels done by a qualified dermatologist. Have a healthy diet and avoid fried foods and foods high in sugar content. Drink lots of water. Hope this helps you. Take care.
