Will An Internal And External Hemorroid Lead To Colon Cancer?

For more than ten years I have had a growth inside my anus which feels like a tail. I did not treat it as it was not painful although it was slightly blocking the passage for stools, sometimes causing thin stools. For the past week I have external hemorrhoid which is quite painful. I tried warm baths, cream and suppositories which reduced the pain but the hemorrhoid is not getting any smaller. I do not see traces of blood. I would like to consult a doctor about my external hemorrhoid but I am paranoid that he might also want to fix the tail inside and maybe request me to take tests for colon cancer?? I am 50 years old, male, married with children

Hi thanks for postin posting on hcm after thoroughly considering your question I realized that yours symtoms can't b treated conservatively conservatively home you need proper examination by competitive general surgeon he might advise you colonoscopy for you bleeding bleeding rectem and carcinoembryonic antigen for colon cancer and most importantly first thing come first digital rectal examination to evaluate degree of heamorrhoid if it come out with stool and need manual retraction it's third degree heamorrhoid it will need heamorrhoidectomy.
