Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion in anaemia there is chance for miscarriage.Anaemia is of many types.Iron deficiency anaemia which is due to iron deficiency and iron supplements are given.Megaloblastic anaemia is due to vitamin B12 and folic acid deficiency and here vitB12 and folic acid supplements are given.ANd there are many more causes of anaemia like blood cell disorders, malaria, worm infestations, any blood loss causes. So i suggest you to evaluate her condition by doing different investigations and find out the cause of anaemia and treat in right way. Then her status will improve.Along with that taking healthy nutritional diet is equally important like green veggies, fruits etc.
Best regards...DR.srilatha
