Will Antihistamine Or Decongestant Work Better For Runny Nose, Sneezing And Congestion?

My daughter has the start of a cold I guess with runny nose, sneezing and congestion. I gave her an antihistamine but am wondering if a decongestant would work better. The antihistamine is a 12 hour so I guess I can't give her something else for a while.

Decongestant work better than anti histaminics for running nose, but they are sedative. So if your daughter has already taken levocetrizine, she may be given decongestant. Also there are nasal spray available.
