Will Basal Cell Carcinoma Spread From Forearm To Other Parts Of The Body?

I have recently started getting a number of basal cell cancers. A few weeks ago about 50 brown spots came on my forearms. Now every few days a new skin eruption starts that look kind of like another basal. I am 70. I am awaiting MOHS for several basals. Can I have can in other areas and it causing this ?

Hi
If you are having multiple basal cell carcinomas over a short span of time then there has to be a cause . Are you on any immunosupressive medication like drugs for an organ transplant or a malignancy like leukemia. Is there a history of arsenic injections> multiple small and superficial BCC can be treated with
topical cytotoxics like 5FU cream locally or topical immune response modifiers like Imuquimod cream. you may also go for photodynamoic therapy. I advise you to discuss these options with your dermatologist
