Will Bathing After Abortion Cause Any Problem?

I took the abortion pill 2 days ago, and accidentally took a bath. My doctor specifically told me not to do this, but it slipped my mind. As soon as I realized i jumped out or the bath, but i was soaking in for at least 10 minutes. What will be the outcome; will this effect my abortion?

Understand your concern
Bathing after 2 days of abortion does not affect outcome of abortion. You should avoid bathing just after inserting misoprostol tablet in vagina as chance of falls of tablet and will not absorb properly. Bleeding normally stops after 4-5 days as abortion process will compelte.
But for safer side you should go for follow up at 7th day and USG scan at 14th day to confirm the completeness process of abortion.
You have to take rest, healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements, analgesic and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
