Will Becosules Tablets Help To Gain Weight And Stamina?

Hi, I m 23 yrs old,my weight is 39,while walking I get tired soon,iwant to gain my weight,,,so I start with becosules tablet???and for how long I suppose to take this tablet????gaining weight is like challenging task for me...i want to get rid of this problem...please help..

Hello
becosules as its name indicates is B complex with other vitamins .
Vitamins don't increase weight in any condition.
As you mentioned that you are 23 years old with weight is 39 kg .
I do agree with you that your weight is less than stipulated weight ( if proper height ) .
In my opinion take plenty of high carbohydrate diet with protein diet .
Fatty acid also increase weight .
Take this type of diet for at least 5-6 months , if you want to increase your weight .
