Will Being Emotional And Mood Swings During Pregnancy Affect The Baby?

I spent my whole pregnancy crying & worrying I m very emotional and I cry about any and everything I fuss and cuss at my boyfriend a lot and we get into big arguments and I yell and cry my question is does crying effect the baby in any way? Does crying hurt my baby? Does crying cause miscarriage or still birth ? Is crying normal during pregnancy ? Does crying effect the growth of my baby? I m 34weeks pregnant 8months

Hi

Hormonal changes during pregnancy can cause mood swings and depression.Such emotional crying can affect the baby but may not be to the level of miscarriage or still birth.

Get enough sleep.You can talk to other mothers and share your thoughts and fear.Mind relaxing techniques can be done.You can attend couple counselling.
