Will Benadryl Help Me Sleep?

I will be stopping 12.5 mcg fentanyl patch on Wed. after having tapered from 100 in the past several months. I usually have restless leg syndrome for several days. I'm worried that completely stopping the med will make for worse withdrawal. Can benedryl help me to sleep?

hello there, thanks for consulting hcm,, why were u taking fentanyl patch? was it some medical condition,, eithr ways benedryl might help u but u shouldnt become dependent on that,, so i personally suggest alternate treatment like do yoga and breathing exercises,, and count 1- 100 numbers,and dnt depend on the drugs. hope it helps,,, take care
