Will Brain And Blood Vessels Damage Get Better Gradually?

I spoke to a doctor earlier and told him that ?i have chronic pain from a brain injury. I decided to try and smoke pot while i was no prescriptoin oxycodone, and i had a terrible attack. Now I can barely type, and i can't keep a thought. he said it was because of damage to brain and blood vessels but should get better, will the confusion get better/
