General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Increased prolactin levels known as hyperprolactinemia is also a cause for infertility in women. Bromocriptine appears to be safe to use during pregnancy and is the drug of choice for hyper-prolactinemia. Hence continue the drug since it facilitates conception.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
