Will Bump Like Scar On Knuckle Due To Water Burn Heal?

i went to the doctor a while ago because i had burnt my knuckle on hot water and in result it bubbled up and hasnt went away... my brother doesnt think this is the cause he thinks its a wart. is it possible for it to be a bump like scar that just wont heal because its on my knickle?

Hello,

A blister due to burn would heal in a few days (7- 10 days) whereas if its been longer than that and if it is firm and all tissue then most likely it is a wart. A distinguishing feature is that warts usually have rough surface whereas blisters are smooth.
