Will Burning In Cheeks And Nasal Passage Be Due To Tramadol?

I am afraid that a one-time taken dosage of tramadol 100mg that was given to me by my boyfriend, because I was having some bad insomnia, unfortunately I felt a bad reaction of burning all across my cheeks, nasal passages, and even burning in my scalp and head. I had never used this before. Now I am afraid that this drug may have somehow burned through my cheekbones, causing them to be sunken in, and also it eroded into my gums, affecting my jaws and my teeth. Is all of this possible from one dosage of this medication. I am 5'2" and 135lbs.
