The main effects of marijuana are likely to be increased by being in the context of coming down off of vyvanse but they are the effects people take marijuana FOR so, generally this is regarded as 'good'. The sativa and indica distinction is not firm, it is more made up stories. They overlap considerably and there is variation within both, and even more variation in those taking them. In that context, there are frequent reports of anxiety attacks from both/either vyvanse and/or marijuana that typically last days to a few weeks. These are pretty common and by definition, frightening.
