What would happen if someone's urine or feces come into contact with the eyes? Will you get any deadly diseases?

Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Humans coming in contact with faecal matter or urine, specially of animals is often encountered with. In case such an exposure is suspected, it is advisable to splash clear running water in the eyes and thoroughly clean. Well the diseases which one may contact from this kind of exposure are toxoplasmosis-a disease commonly contacted from cats,specially humans with a weak immunity.Then there is leptospirosis, from rodents.This too presents with flu like symptoms. I would suggest you to visit nearby physician, tell him the history, and after examining he might be in a better position to guide you.Hope I could answer your query.Take care.

hello welcome,if your eyes,came in contact with fecalmatter,or urine,accidentally,donot be panic if it is urine since micro organisimes less likely to survive in slightly acidic nature of urine except TB,BACILLE.&IF that was of feceases,its deadly,contains enough bacteria,paracites,which varies from person to person,some contiounsly run amoebic disease(cyst carrierrs),withot suffiring from disease.--------------------------------last but most imp is NOT SO EASLY ANYTHING,SUDDENLY INVADE EYES MUCOUS MEMBRANE(CONJENCTIVA) BECOZ,EYES PRODES ENARMAOUS FIGHT AGANIST ANYTHING,LIVING OR NON LIVING,LARGLY DEPENDS UPON DURATION OF EXPOSURE,ANYWAY TAKE INJ TT0.5CC IM,WASHTHROUGHLY WITH NORMAL SALINE AVAILABEL AT MEDICAL SHOPS,FIRST,THEN CONSULT OPTHO,LATER,OK.
