Will Continued Penicillin/ Ibuprofen Use Cure Strep Throat?

I was diagnosed with strep throat. Have been on penicillin for 30 hours and taking ibproferin every 6-8 hours. My throat is still sore, and my uvula is longer than normal and can sit on my tongue. Is that normal and will it subside with continued penicillin/ ibproferin use??

Hi. Yes , your problems will subside with the medicines you are taking.
It is hardly 30 hours.
Continue medicines and see after 72 hours if you need to be added / changes made in the medication.
