Will Crusty Scabs On Nipples During Pregnancy Be A Problem After Childbirth?
I m 25 weeks pregnant and have noticed in the last week or so that my nipples have several crusty like scabs on them. The skin underneath is tender as they peel off. Just today I noticed that I am leaking what I assume is colostrum. I m wondering what these scars are and whether they will hinder my ability to nurse after the baby is born? This is my 5th pregnancy and I ve never experienced this before and I don t see my midwife for another 2 weeks so I am hoping I can get an answer here.

Crusty scabs on your nipples will not be a problem during your period of breastfeeding ,because when you will breastfeed they will disappear .
They are formed from leaking of milk and dry of it.
Have baths of tow breasts with warm water.
