I am 37 weeks and just found out i have gestational diabeties, will this affect my baby?

Yes, gestational diabetes causes overweight babies with larger placenta. Due to larger size of babies, it is difficult to deliver normally. So, the chances of having a caesarean section are much more. Baby also might develop diabetes.
