Will Drug Screen On Baby On Birth Detect Abusal Of Drugs By Mother?

my sister is about to have a baby (like just got admitted today) and I know for a fact that she abusing prescribed medications along with something called opanas. she also abuses her sleeping medications just to get a high. will the hospital automatically do a drug screen on the baby when its born or should i intervene?

dont get into wrong conclusions.
they will not do any tests on the baby.
all tests will be done using mothers blood itself.
dont force them
