Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
With in a month you have developed the anemia, there would have been infestation with the anchylostoma duodinale(hook worm) in the intestine.
The reasons may be the loss of blood in the stools, urine, etc due to some disease with in.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have colonoscopy, blood and urine examinations for diagnosis.
In ordinary anemia, eating of meat alone, with balanced diet can improve blood. In case of above said pathologies the base cause should be treated.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
