Will Flucloxacillin Antibiotics Treat An Infected Lump In My Nail?
my toe nail was detached but hangin on by a small part of the cuticle, which was ok until it developed a strong bad smell. i removed the nail to find a red lump which i believe is an infection. what is it called? will the lump go away with flucloxacillin antibiotics i have just started takin for 1 week?

its ok you can the same antibiotics for a week... what you have is infection of nail bed called paronychia... so what you have to do now is continue antibiotic, keep your finger clean n dry, apply betadine ointment on it...
