Will Fluid Around My Ovaries Cause Any Complications During Pregnancy?

HI,
My name is Viki
Im 4 weeks pregnant and today i went to see my ob doctor because i had lower abdominal pain. She did the vaginal ultrosaund and told me that i have fluid around my ovaries. DO you know if this can cause any risks for my prenancy? Will this fluid go away? What should i do about it?

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
if the scan shows an intrauterine pregnancy then there is no risk of ectopic pregnancy. if you are asymptomatic and repeat scan after 2 weeks to check for fetal viability is fine then no need to worry.
