Will Flushing Of Toilet Water Into Eyes Cause Any Problem?

As I was using the restroom at home, the toilet water splashed into my left eye. I'm obviously freaked out that I can get "pink eye" or worse. I took out my contacts and threw them away. I flushed my eye with water and Visine. How long until I know if something is wrong? Thanks!

there may or may not be infection in your eye. wash it 3to 4 times more with clean water. if nothing happens within ten days then you are safe. discard your contact lens and go for new pair.
