Will Fracture Of Calcaneal Bone Heal In 3 To 4 Weeks?

Hello Doctor, on monday at about 1 am I jumped from a pretty high place and now I have a SMALL fracture on my Calcaneal bone, my doctor put a cast only on the bottom and rapped my leg with fabrics, I also have crutches. He estimated 3 weeks or a month with the cast and crutches and maybe after, a boot, which can be removed at times and with some fabril around your foot (I THINK). My question is, will I recover in that time? And will I be able to use heels?
