Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Geeta i can understand your concern.
in my opinion the medication what you are taking is sufficient.
During morning your sugars are under control as per your history.
There might be a condition called Somogyi effect,Which states that if you are having a low sugar event due to excessive medication during night time this will make your sugars go up in morning.
To find out weather you are having somogyi effect of no yo need to answer some questions
1.are you getting frequent nightmares
2.any time you woke up from bed with sweating and anxiety
If its so reduce the tablet to half in night will make your sugars normal.
Regards
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
