Will Heart Beat Can Be Diagnosed In 9 Weeks Pregnancy?

hi i am pregnant 9 weeks four days and i had just little pink bloody discharge. i went yesterday to hospital and they exam me and do u/s. on the u/s they said there no heart beat according to my dates maybe you had a miscarge according to them i am 6weeks and 1day pregnant and baby size is 5.3mm but they saw every thing on the scan just no heartbeat can you help me is miscarge or they r going to do second scan after two weeks. i am sure about my dates.plz help me and tell me about this

I really appreciate your concern look mam if there is no heat beat of fetus then you have to immediately go for second opinion because waiting for any more is not advisable because this is emergency, this need to be take seriously, in my opinion the second opinion is must and this need to be taken right now, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
