Hello
I want to tell you one thing that E S R i.e. Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate.
The normal value is 5-10 mm of 1st hour .
In any chronic long standing infectious disease E S R elevated .
Previously this was a specific test but now a days few doctors DON'T agree but in my opinion if E S R very high ( > 100 mm ) , suggestive of chronic disease ( any type infectious disease ).
Chronic infectious disease elevates E S R but elevated ESR not produces tuberculosis .
Since in your case there is enlargement of lymph nodes , so get in fnac of this to rule out tuberculosis or any other reason before any CONCEPTION.
Hope this will help you.
