Will High Sperm Motality Helps In Getting Pregnant Naturally?
Hi,
My husbands sperm analysis came back at 10 mil/ml, 75% motility, 90% normal sperm. I have heard conficting stories regarding if we will be able to get pregnant naturally. I have heard high motility helps, please let me know your thoughts as all the "advice" I have heard is hearsay.

Yes, High sperm motility is good thing.
As life of sperm is for 24 to 48 hrs and it has to travel through the female reproductive track to fertilise the ovum, its a good sign if all other conditions are favourable.
