Hello,
I had gone through your question and i feel for you. Want to know which kind of hole is there and which kind of heart surgery is required.
I also want to tell you that its a risky pregnancy which can sometimes put the life of mother and baby in danger, so better to consult a gynecologist as well as cardiosurgeon. Its not always that complications can occur, but need to take extra precautions, because as the pregnancy advances the chances of complications will increase. Also planned LSCS is the only thing in your case rather than going for normal delivery.
So my advise to you is to take sufficient guidance from gynec as well as cardiosurgeon and then take your decision to whether continue or discontinue this pregnancy....
You can ask any more queries of you directly to me anytime.
