Will Hormone Replacement Treat Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease?

I have undiferentiated connective tissue disease, for fifteen years, always gets worse premenstrally, now heading into menopause, symptoms are much worse and have had to control pain with Vicodin and Advil combo last two weeks, can hormone replacement help to shorten episodes?
