Will I Conceive According To The Scan Report?

hi am form chennai this is my day 9 and after scanning i today i found that my RT overy is 1*1cm andleft overy is not showing any growth and endometrial thickness is 6mm and mentions that my cavity open. what does it mean and will i be able to conceive?
