Will I Get Periods After Stopping Contraceptive Pills?

Hi, I've been on the contraceptive pill for a couple of years, and I normally have breaks inbetween each month, but this month I took two packs in a row and came on my period in the middle of the second pack. Will I come on at the end of the pack too or will my periods be messed up?
