Will I Get Pregnant As I Have Done Birth Control Implant?

hi i had my implant done about 6 months ago. about 4 weeks ago i went to the doctor about acne and got put on tetralysal 300mg, i had unprotected sex 19 days after taking the tablets, should i worry about being pregnant as the doctor did say the implant would'nt be as effective for a little while?
