Will I Get Regular Menstrual Periods After Taking 'deviry'?

Hi doctor, I did not get period for 32 months. I did pregnancy test and it was negative. I did sonography it was normal. now my doctor advsed me to take Deviry 10mg for days. but when i started taking tablets on the second day itself my periods started. i have to take 3 more tablets yet. So will I have periods again after i have finished taking tablets or what is it ?
