Will I Have Meningioma When I Have Metal Replacements In Shoulder?

I had my shoulder replaced due to a horrific ski accident, on Jan. 29, 2014, at Kingston Hospital, Ontario. After having had a brain tumour removed at St. Michael s Hospital, in Aug. 2011, & having found out that I have another Meningioma, this time in the Middle Ear, I have an MRI every August. Is it possible to have one when I have metal replacements in my shoulder?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your query related to development of meningioma on metal replacements in shoulder.
You have got shoulder replaced due to horrific ski accident in Jan 29, 2014. Also has a surgery for removal of brain tumor in Aug 2011 and now have found that you have another meningioma this time in the middle ear.
No, there is no possibility that the metal replacement of the shoulder can develop any meningioma. This is not founded hence forget about it.
Get the another meningioma operated if advised by your Neurosurgeon.
