Will It Be Safe To Take Ambien Hs And Xanax Prn For Anxiety ?

I;m a 27 yr old male, diagnosed with ptsd and mtbi from the iraqi war. Currently on ambien hs , xanax prn for anxiety attacks, verapamil 120mg hs for htn and migriane, and started on aderoll 5mg to help for my concentration during school and work activities and to help aid in times of low sleep. During the last 3 weeks the upper part of my ear lobe is pulsating above the ear hole. I can feel the vessle spasm, randomly with no other symptoms presenting. its distracting and annoying. i'm an active guy just want to know why the hell this is happening.

You are 27 years and have PTSD due to Iraq war. You are taking Zolpidem for sleep and Alprazolam for anxiety and Verapamil for hypertension and migraine. The pulsatile sensation you are having over ear lobe can be occurring due to migraine or due to some anxiety. This needs proper evaluation. If this is distracting yourself and you are not having severe headache then most likely this is due to anxiety. Consult your psychiatrist again for evaluation.

Medicines like SSRIs as sertraline, fluoxetine can help to reduce these symptoms and associated anxiety. Relaxation exercises also help in reducing anxiety and will reduce the frequency of migraine attacks.
