Will It Be Safe To Use Dephaston And Aspirin During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 17 weeks pregnant. about a week ago, I had a little leakage. I dont know what that was, but in the morning it was pink and then later, it tunred brownish. the discharge was not too much, just spotting. My doctor told me that your cervix is open and that is also some blood. she gave me dephaston 10 mg and ascard 75 which i should use for month. I also had TVS and they told me that the width and length of my cervix is just normal. NOw i dont have any such discharge but only yellowish.
My question is whether it is safe for the baby to use dephaston and aspirin for this much long, i.e. one month?

Thanks for the query.
Duphaston contains progesterone.
Usually progesterone helps in preventing premature uterine contractions and miscarriage.
As you are having history of spotting, you can use progesterone as prophylactic measure.
But better to use natural micronized progesterones as per as possible.
Aspirin helps in preventing miscarriage due to coagulation abnormalities.
Usually usage of these tablets for one month may not cause major problems.
But regular antenatal checkups and ultrasound examinations are advised.
